The Sheraton is doing a good job, same with all properties in Frankfurt, when it comes to knowing what they can change. If you are unlucky, even outside the fair periods, this could mean that they charge close to $ 300, but during slower times, their rates have dropped to high two digit rates (in Euro)
On average, I expect the Element to be 10-20% below the Sheraton with rates ranging from Euro 70 on slow weekends to the mid-high 100īs during normal weekdays.
Your comment re. the location is really worth noting. From T2, walking might be an option, if their shuttle is not up to the task and runs a big loop via T1. @:-)
