well they've either changed it very recently or there is a lot of confusion / misinformation out there.
I've had 3 one-ups clear, none of which were above the bottom end of weak / orange.
As Bruce said, probably just trying to extract the last dollar possible.
But as a GE we get 50% loading. I think it is fair to say that someone in Silver or Jade might need to pay more
