I'd agree with the other poster. Hilton Tokyo is half the cost and from what I could tell (didn't stay there) its a great hotel. It was my original choice, however it was sold out for the nights I needed. If you have the free night certs from the Credit Card, Conrad is definitely worth it and I'd gladly stay there. But if its on straight points, probably not worth nearly double the points.
