Looks like it's going to be NRT, especially with the better/shorter flights from SFO. Plus I can go on ANA instead of UA. Narita town sounds like a good place for me and this will be first time to Japan (except a short NRT connection a few years back). I have the option of coming into HND from YVR, then departing next day from NRT, but I think Narita town might just be more my style than Tokyo.
