What part of Cinci is the graduation? I don't see anything useful for getting to Cinci by 11. Best I can find it direct to IND or with a connection to CMH by the same time by 10:40 AM and then a 1.5 hour drive, or leaving Houston by 9 PM to overnight in the Cinci area.

Out of Houston and into CVG, DAY, IND, SDF, or CMH. All are within 2 hours drive depending on where you need to be in Cinci.

Someone might be able to give you better help, but I live in Cinci and can at least give you local info.
