If possible, log into your GOES account and check the status, I am unfamiliar with the system, but see if there is some way of checking through the account when you were approved and if they have a "history" detailing when actions are taken. If that is a bust, I would contact the GOES Customer Service number (at least, it was as of May of this year...) at: 866-530-4172. You may need to be persistant, sometimes these things get lost in the machine.
