That's really kinda strange, cos it seems you have stayed at a completely different place... I did book a king loft suite, so I could not be upgraded to a better room (cos this is the best room). But I was offered free breakfast and unlimited free internet vouchers without even having to ask for it. Parking was free as well, cos they could not offer me a room upgrade.
