If they want to do it, simply get One Vanilla or any other Visa Gift Cards and use them to get MO at Walmart. With this card, they will first need to buy VR (cost $3.95), load VR into this card & then go to Walmart for Bill Pay. Why such a hefty process for only $1 of saving? Even that $1 would be depleted because of the additional time.

Am I missing something here?
Not all WM are happy with debit cards without your name on it. And all goes there.
