Award rate changes on 01 Feb 2014) - Errors/Issues?
Anybody else foaming at the mouth for Feb 1, 2014?

Based on United's multiple IT errors the past 18 months, I wouldn't be surprised if there are some "helpful" errors for FTers. By tweaking the pricing system, I expect a few errors to slip through (ala the 4-mile HK fares).
