Highly doubtful it is worth it.

As an example on VCE/FRA the difference between a booking class that earns 125 miles and an booking class that earns 500 miles is 150 EUR and 680 EUR for a booking class that earns 1250 miles. These are all economy classes so won't even qualify for HON circle miles.
