Buy the Vanilla visa gift cards on walmart.com and select the option "Pay With Cash". This option lets you pay your online order in the store. You can use the gift cards you bought online to pay for your order in store. When you go in the store it doesn't say what you bought online, you just have to give the cashier your order number and it shows the total amount due. You can then use the gift cards you bought online at a discount to pay for your order.

If you can get the gift cards at a big enough discount you can offset the fee. Just throwing this out there if you are interested.
