Ok, thanks for the quick replies. I'm convinced, I'm getting a 25".

Now I'm having second thoughts on the spinner issue. I'm looking at the eagle creek 25" wheeled upright duffel on sale for $160. I'm thinking the two inline skate wheels might be more practical. Briggs and Riley has a 26 " duffel for $209 on sale the "transcend" but the handle is exposed whereas the handle zips up into the bag on the eagle creek.
Any thoughts on these type bags?
