I checked in (with bags) around 50 minutes before departure. was told there was premium security ..but to be honest I couldn't see it and just joined the riff raff nearly playing the DYKWIA card but as no one would I didn't bother....it still only took a few minutes and had plenty of time in the mini lounge.... I would imagine if you had done OLCI and had no bags the 15 minutes is do-able , but it might be a sweat.
