I imagine more than just two routes... probably anywhere they can get the business. Qatar also have A340s and plenty of A330s still equipped with First, even if they don't always sell the cabin on the route.
Here's a recent flight I took from London on an A330 - the whole family went first, even the 5 year olds.
reminds me of a recent flight I took IST-DOH in J on an A330.. We had some Qatari ministers/officials on board and there was an entourage of BMW's just like that waiting outside
