They contacted me by phone to let me know they rec'd my complaint and investigating it.
Phone call confirming a complaint is received is good. Although, why would it take a phone call.. A customized email showing that the complaint is being dealt with would be suffice.
But waiting, and no response seems to be the order of the day. I like calling and having the issue dealt with immediately. I have no patience waiting for a resolution as it usually doesn't work.
