Also, planning a trip to Buenos Aires in January 2015. Will likely be on UA, as I like their C lie-flat product a lot (I fly it monthly to Europe) and the connections from SFO seem to be the best on UA.

What are the chances for a 1K to upgrade from Economy to Business First - IAH to EZE and back? Are my chances zero, as one poster has implied?
