Not sure why you are being so cryptic about this itinerary but a few possibilities for no MQM's might be (1) consolidator fare, (2) not 006 stock, or (3) did not add your FF number.
If it's all DL flight numbers then Kayak should just forward the user to dl.com with the details pre-set. So I would assume 1) It has to be 006 stock. 2) I wouldn't think DL.com would be able to sell a consolidator fare. Then again, maybe that's something else we need to start looking out for.
