I was disappointed that my Presidents Circle Upgrade from a Full Size was a Maxima with 20,000 miles and a strong reek of chemical air freshener. Their response was to offer me a minivan with 500 miles.

I think I need to find another company.

Where would one go? National is now affiliated with Enterprise.

I think Avis would be the only other alternative.

But, Hertz is still great. I am a 5* so maybe that's why I am given such great service. I do remember the previous days before then.

"Hertz ONLY retires cars at 72k"? Some people just need to gab...
