It tends to be bad around Boca Raton. It also matters where in West Palm the OP is going, either somewhere south around PBI, downtown or north around Palm Beach Gardens. Personally, I give around 1:15 maybe ten minutes more if its raining. Also, if more west I'd take the FL Turnpike instead of 95.
