Sounds like the cabin service mgmt posse came in full force to observe their labor units in action. Most union honchos would be in the union offices off site (and as to what was mentioned previously, most cabin service jobs are outsourced to lowest bidder and are non-unionized.) PLus, there are rules in place by the company that prevent union bosses from entering the workplace as it would interfere with business. Better re-evaluate who those non-labor units were.

Back when UA had in house unionized cleaners, they spoke English and were paid well. That was back in the golden age of airlines. Coincidence?
