It's just dawned on me that for all my flights purchased directly through AF's website, I don't appear to get any receipts.
I get the flight recap and a PDF of the trip, but nothing that actually details the costs.
I did a search and saw this thread:

I'm just gobsmacked that they don't provide a record of the financial transaction. Normally, it's a legal requirement
Am I missing something here? It still beggars belief...
And please don't tell me I need to call a premium-rate telephone number each time just to get a receipt which should be automatic anyway...
Incidentally, I've posted on AF's facebook page as that's the channel I've had the best response from in the past. I'll update this thread if/when I get an answer, but if you have any comments, or have a way of finding out, please let me know.
