I know KLM isnīt releasing checked baggage at AMS on paid tickets, but how about awards? I have an award ticket booked on miles that were about to expire, they were non-refundable, non-changeable as on sale. Now Iīd like to stay in AMS on my return trip instead of continuing to HEL. Would they release my bags?
