There is no lounge access based on OneWorld status if booked on the Emirates flight number

If in business or 1st class, then will , of course, get access based on class of travel
If booked in economy using the Qantas flight number on the Qantas flight, then OW Sapphire or higher status will afford access to OW lounges in T3
