Nonetheless, Air canada has been making a few negative headlines lately and doesn't appeared worried. This kind of negative publicity has an effect on business accounts as it affects reputations of corporations and individuals that associate themselves with air canada.

I guess the message is that their business is too good that they don't want business revenue customers and they prefer to have less business.
