It is LIM CHEE GUAN at New Bridge Road, know to be the best Bak Kwa in Singapore. As they only have three outlets usually it gets very busy around CNY.

As it can be seen the neighbour Fragance Store (they sell Bak Kwa as well) doesnt have such long queues.
