( Staff too as they have to stay on-site at N'oi unless they are from fishing village , Vinhy - being so remote ).
With Tet / Lunar New Year approaching staffing also needs to be managed. Wonder if the off site repairmen have already taken off for the 2/3 weeks long celebrations ?!
The management team is in process of fixing certain design issues like the lack of luggage space , etc , please see my post #200
Hope this transformer problem is already fixed or ASAP as N'oi supposed to be at capacity now too.
This is another reason that I usually don't brave staying until after a year of opening of any Aman . Time is needed to iron kinks from service issues - Aman culture needs to be cultivated - to the hardware where certain items like laundry baskets may not have been supplied in time by the craftsmen ( who at N'oi even having to re- do signage , etc .. )
Very relieved that we were pleasantly surprised during our stay , the issues we faced pale compared to what was experienced by some especially these past couple of days.
You will just have to return when things have settled @:-)
