Oneworld lounge access is only applicable when booked on a flight both operated and marketed by a OneWorld airline. If the flight is operated by Qantas but is booked on the Emirates flight number, then the benefit does not apply
As the OP says he has booked it through Emirates, there is a good chance that he is booked on the Emirates flight number
