We use Concur and I have always been able to view and print receipts on-line. I just checked my account and can see both current and past receipts purchased via Concur. The most recent was from last Tuesday.
If you just purchased the ticket it might not be fully processed. Try waiting another day and most likely it will be available. Sometimes there is a delay on Saturdays when the system is updating or changes are being loaded.
