I don't want to flog a dead horse but I think the service faults could be addressed quickly and easily with clear allocation of staff to zones and clearly communicated (and managed) patrol routes.
It isn't completely broken but it could be a lot better and it could be made better easily and at no cost. I shall shut up about this now but this would make a big difference I think and we don't all have the time and inclination to develop personal relationships with every member of CCR serving staff.
