You seem to have missed better service off the list (save for your mention of the terrace). I appreciate it's subjective but you only need look back over this and the dozens of other CCR threads to see it's something which many believe to be sub par.
Yes, I'm aware it has been mentioned many times (personally I think they've now sorted it, but I know others very much disagree). I think I am trying to aim at what is sometimes referred to as the "low hanging fruit": in other words, improvements that could be implemented relatively quickly and easily.
