It is, as are so many of your reports and reviews -- thank you.
My only complaint would be that you don't always manage to visit and report on the hotels we're interested in. Maybe we could send you a list every few months and you could adjust your schedule to better fit our needs?

Thanks ^ (and I'm always interested in other hotels that I may not know about or have considered so might indeed be worth a PM with some locations and you never know @:-) )

Accor Plat is so useless.

(even if service at Sofitel Saint James is simply excellent)
I personally love the IC Park Lane as well, have stayed several times and the service as well as hotel are excellent. I do find the rooms a bit conservative but otherwise lovely. My wife finds it a bit too posh and feels uncomfortable there though so we've compromised on some nice Hiltons or Sofitels which seem to be full service and nice rooms without too much polish so she feels comfortable. I'm only a plat. ambassador though so not RA which would definitely swing me in favour of the IC's around the world.
I would say that although Accor Plat is not as good as some other chains, it does work well in Sofitels, just not so much in the lower brands of the chain for benefits.
