I know the news.
It was the 3rd anniversary of the revolution in Egypt and expected to be "hot". Yesterday German foreign office has asked tourists to stay in their hotels.
My trip should be end of February; so still some time to go and see how the situation evolves. And I would only take the hotel shuttle to the REN, stay in the hotel and get to the airport with the shuttle on the next day. Absolutely no plans to go into Cairo City or somewhere else.

So, how is the hotel?
