As per title really. BroNCFC and I are probably off to Croatia this summer and we think a day trip from Dubrovnik to Mostar would be fun. You can go by bus but hiring a car sounds a lot more flexible as well as making for a quicker journey. However I know that there are sometimes issues taking hire cars across borders so I thought i'd ask for advice. Also does anyone know what the drive is like and if it's safe to leave a car in Mostar for the day?
