I am a member of Cathay Diamond (AKA One World Emerald)

Does anyone have any idea about the treatment of One World Emerald on Qatar Airways? A few months back I flew business till Qatar and connected to Kuwait via an Economy Class seat and they did not extend to me any lounge privileges. I had to use the the regular Oryx Lounge - which can I add was absolutely terrible. Has anyone had any good experiences being One World Emerald on Qatar? I did complain to them in Doha while waiting to connect to Kuwait but no one seemed to care ..... and they just told me to use the regular Priority Pass lounge.
