I've been with the program since 2008, got a blue card back then... floated in and out of gold and plat since (been platinum for 6 months now) - I've requested a card on the site twice... and verbally over the phone. Never arrived... doesn't matter really, they know your status from your booking, and the IOS app will show a 'card' if you need. Would be nice to have it though, although I'm not sure its worthy of a place on my day to day wallet.
