I couldn't agree more! Given their (word DELETED BY MOD) poor handling of any of the questions I throw at them I seriously wonder if the emails to diamond@ are actually re-directed automatically to a nearby job center where they are training some people on how to use a computer but who have obviously no knowledge of the HH program.
