My friend had a milestone (multiples of ten) birthday when we flew BKK-FRA in J around Christmas time.

I was a TG*G and had a very hectic travel schedule whole of Nov and Dec. So I wrote in to ROP to ask for a cake etc. To which they responded, in short: Come into TG office in BKK and pay, we will then sort it out, here is the price list.....

I couldn't as I was on the road the whole time. But ROP was not at all helpful and insisted that I must go in to Bangkok office.... I have up and took my chances to get something on board (perhaps a bottle...).

Got on the A380 and immediately saw the 50 something male purser. Told him about the special occasion and asked if he could do something which he responded with a 'yes maybe'

In the end I didn't see him again for the whole flight and neither did we get anything. And the plane was half empty.

This past year, I have taken my business away from TG as much as I can.....very sad.
