Sorry for the confusion. It's 3:28am SGT and I'm typing it thru my iPhone.

I bought a PE ticket and my original flight was QF6. However, QF cancelled my QF6 flight and replaced it with QF82. As you know, there's no PE in QF82, QF decided to upgrade me to JCL and subsequently, they reissued the ticket with QF82 booked in JCL. I thought it was a good gesture and do not mind taking the earlier flight whereby they compensate me by upgrading me to J for free.

Yet, as of now, I was informed that QF made a mistake and that they should have had downgraded me to Y instead of upgrading me to J for QF82.

So what I'm suffering now for this entire fiasco is:-

1. My original QF6 flight booked in PE was CANCELLED and was forced to take an earlier flight

2. My earlier flight that I was forced to take was further downgraded to Y.

3. Not-related to this incident: my return flight has also been changed from 1pm plus to 3:10pm :/
