Hi all,

I was initially booked on QF6 on PE but QF6 was cancelled on that day and QF rescheduled me to an earlier flight on QF82 and since there's no PE on A333, I was upgraded to J.

Today, I was told by QF that they'll be contacting me further and that the upgrade to J was an error, it should have been a downgrade to Y.

So it seems like I have my initial flight cancelled and was further downgraded to Y on a later flight.

Moreover, my return flight in June was also rescheduled from 1pm+ to 3:10pm.

So much for QF! What's the best remedy that I can squeeze out of this?
