There used to be a few cars from the nearby HLE with dealer markings from a dealer near them, but they've always been a corporate location and the cars had regular barcodes, etc.

The cars were VWs and Mazdas from a dealer up the road. I don't know why, but someone somehow must have been authorized to purchase them this way or perhaps more likely simply took delivery this way after a larger purchase. It is rather unusual for rental cars to have any dealer markings though.
