Hate to say this; happened to me on a hold for revenue seats (D inventory). Those disappeared and never came back. So, I would not hold my breath on award inventory seats reappearing. And if I may be so bold, I suspect award seats to BOM are also quite perishable. While I appreciate that each carrier happens to have its own policy on hold durations, it's not exactly been a smooth OW integration for QR.

I've never had a problem losing BA or CX segments on a held itinerary, as it happens.
