Oh, maybe #2. A shrinking fleet means furloughs and the bottom portion of the list is very interested in that subject. #1 & #3 pale in comparison to someone kicked to the street. You won't hear many saying "I may be getting furloughed but as long as the airline is viable for now and those senior guys have a chance to get to mainline all is well."
