Hmmm. That sounds like an order of rather dubious legality. Nevertheless, I hope victims of government theft continue to speak out and when possible identify the exact flight/seat where the alleged theft took place. After the flight, a description or photo of the occupant of the seat that was reassigned would also be helpful.
