So, I did a lot of searching and can't figure this out. I got 50k bonus for a new credit card in August and 58k points from flying. From what I understood I should have got a companion pass and A list preferred.However, I got neither. Southwest says the bonus miles don't count but, all the info. I have read here say the opposite. Any idea what is going on?
