AA took away my seat. Won't tell me why.
I'm on AA 1674 MIA/DFW tomorrow. I have had 10C reserved since I booked the flight in Dec. Just checked in online and bam.... my boarding pass now says 25A.
EXP desk says that the flight is under airport control and they changed my seat. No explanation. Only airport customer service can give me an answer and their number is unlisted - I can't call them.
Am I crazy to think that if my aisle seat is being taking away and given to another (presumedly more important) customer; that I am at least owed an explanation?
I've never had this happen in 35 years of flying on AA.
Has anyone else?
Any ideas?
