After emailing all the contacts there I could muster through LinkedIn, KnowRoaming has cancelled my order and still ignores the requests from other customers for a shipping or status update, email I got below:

As per your statement on Twitter that you are done with KnowRoaming, we have already processed your refund. $49 USD has been refunded to the card ending in XXXX. The refund will reflect on your statement within 5-10 business days.
