Finally got info fr B:

The insurance company sent a nurse fr hk to pick W & H up and arrange a business class for W and an economy class for H. They'll leave CTS next day.
After A had a long discussion with the hotel (ClubMed), the staff settled it with CX that A can use the group ticket individually without any penalty & continue to enjoy the rest holidays.
