Accuracy of flightstats flight availability
Just tried to SDC on a flight showing Y/3 B/2 M/1 S/1 H/1

I have an M fare. Diamond desk said only B is available. This corresponds to the fare you can buy on the website.

I know that there can be fare classes available for SDC, but not for purchase due to advance purchase requirements.

My question is whether or not the diamond agent knows what shes doing. The FS data hasn't changed in around an hour. I know it could be old, so i'm wondering how accurate other FT'ers think it is.
