+1. This happens even on simple domestic round-trips sometimes. Definitely call.

However, .bomb is inconsistent and I do not doubt OP. You can try flexible dates too to give it another chance to get it right!
There's no "flexible dates" option when you're searching for options through the "change flights" link. That's the issue the OP was having. Doing a regular search for CDG-SFO pulls up the flight without any issue.
