Has anyone had this problem? I see award availability on the ANA website, but United customer service cannot find the flight and says it is not offered as an award ticket through United. Does the customer service agent not know what they are doing or is this possible?

I am looking at flight AC1908, Toronto to Dublin on June 12, 2014.
